Farmer Lyle Schmidt is a third-generation certified organic farmer who has carried on a tradition of farming in his family for over 100 years. He uses a technique called rotational grazing to renew, rejuvenate, and reinvigorate the earth.
With rotational grazing, he creates a virtuous life cycle where the pastures get better, year after year. The soil teems with bio-life, vitamins, and minerals.
